First of all it is a massive 3 storey building, super spacious for a caffe, very homey warm Ambiance, therefore I give 5 stars for atmosphere. I ordered hot cappucino, a bit over heat and not foamy or creamy, so I give 4 stars rating for menu. Service also 4 due to relatively slow service, but anyway why rush when we can chill in this nice Ambiance cafe. My pictures will explain my experience above.

Desserts were delicious! You only need one if you are sharing with another person because these were so big! Definitely nice to eat after a full day of walking in Tokyo. Service was great and the place is very clean!

We visited Sul Bing Café in Shin-Okubo and ordered three desserts: a lotus bingsu, a chocolate Oreo bingsu, and a chocolate honey butter toast (as shown in the photos). We also had two Americanos and two mocha café lattes. The desserts were absolutely delicious! The bingsu was light and fluffy, with the perfect balance of sweetness. The lotus bingsu stood out with its crunchy cookie crumbs and rich caramel drizzle, while the chocolate Oreo bingsu was a chocolate lover’s dream, with generous toppings of Oreos, brownies, and chocolate sauce. The chocolate honey butter toast was indulgent, with its crispy, buttery base layered with chocolate shavings, almonds, and creamy ice cream. The drinks complemented the desserts well, but the ordering system could use some improvement. Having to place your order before finding a seat felt a bit inconvenient, especially during busy hours. Overall, if you’re craving indulgent desserts in Shin-Okubo, Sul Bing Café is worth a visit—just be prepared for the seating process!
